Returns Policy

Our returns policy is very simple, we will take any product back as long as it hasn't been used (unless its made to order), with the customer paying the initial delivery charge and the return carriage charge, please note that the return charge will be £22.00 + VAT more that the original delivery charge. Sorry this is a cost stipulated by our courier not us. If this is a product that you have stipulated rather than the products suggested by our team, then there maybe a re-stocking charge however this is discretionary.

 

Delivery Policy

Our staff are targeted to ensure that any stock order received by 3pm is dispatched that day, so that it should arrive the next day for you, however we are at the mercy of our couriers so this can not be guaranteed. However Night Freight are the best courier that we have used and we have tried them all, currently we are meeting over 98% of our delivery targets.

Please do however note, you MUST check the product when received, as if there is damage in transit, it very difficult for us to help you if you have signed for if "received in good condition" if your unsure please sign "Unchecked".
