There are no mitered edges to give sharp corners. The bed is made from one single piece of box section which provides, safe rounded corners to the trolley, so that if the corner of the trolley does hit the operator on the pedestrian, there are no mitered corners to cut and cause damage, moreover this is less destructive to you premises as well.

We don't just give you a size range, and tell you it will do the job. Our turn platform trucks are used by you and therefore it should be you that is stipulating the sizes to us. As a standard range the FBT, entry width is 500mm and the entry length is 600mm, and the widest so far that we have made is 1800mm width x 3200mm in length. But if you need something bigger let us know, and for sure it can be achieved.There is no point in us telling you the maximum weight that the trolleys can carry....... you tell us, the standard range comprises of 300 kg, 500kg & 1000kg capacities, but again if this isn't big enough for you, just let us know and we will make bigger and stronger for you.

When it comes to wheels, Handle-iT lead the way in innovation. Your platform truck can be mounted on either Air filled Pneumatic castors, gray non-marking castors, nylon castor, anti static castor, or when it comes to the larger capacity trucks and trailers, then Cast Iron castors with Polyurethane treads can be applied.

You want sides, that’s not a problem. We can provide side made from Steel, ply, mesh, and plastic...... and if you think there is something else that we should be using this of coarse can be catered for. Emergency stop brakes?............................... of coarse we've thought of that, Handle-iTs specialize in deadman brake systems. These work in the same way as a standard airport trolley. the platform truck is in the braked positions until such times as you push down on the handle, then the brake is released, and the trolley can move. This braking system is especially useful working with people with disabilities to help the trolley maintain control, or where the platform truck is being used on slopes frequently

We wont just stop at helping you get the perfect platform truck, there are many sundries that you may need to consider, water proof covers or security covers for your trolleys. These can be made to the size of the trolley to protect from the elements, or just to hide valuable products that are on the trolley from prying eyes.

Ratchet straps, to help sure the load to the bed of the trolley, these also can be used in conjunction to ratchet loops on the platform truck. Solid steel bar creating a loop for the ratchet strap to hook or lasso around to provide additional support to the load, and additional safety to the operator.
