Over the past years development of the HIT1000 Turntable Trolley range, attention to detail, and using cutting edge technology we feel the that HIT1000 Turntable Range is the most comprehensive range of turntable trolleys in the industry. Whether you are needing a hand pulled trolley, or whether the trolley is to attached to a towing system to become an industrial trailer, the HIT1000 Range has all the answers. Manufactured using the latest single side laser cutting techniques, there are no mitered edges to give sharp corners. The bed is made from one single piece of box section which provide, safe rounded corners to the trolley, so that if the corner of the trolley does hit the operator on the pedestrian, there are no mitered corners to cut and cause damage, moreover this is less destructive to you premises as well.
We don't just give you a size range, and tell you it will do the job. Our turn table trolleys are used by you and therefore it should be you that is stipulating the sizes to us. As a standard range the HIT1000, entry width is 500mm and the entry length is 600mm, and the widest so far that we have made is 2400mm width x 4200mm in length. But if you need something bigger let us know, and for sure it can be achieved.
There is no point in us telling you the maximum weight that the trolleys can carry....... you tell us, the standard range comprises of 500kg, 1000kg, 2000kg, 2400kg and 5000kg capacities, but again if this isn't big enough for you, just let us know and we will make bigger.
You want sides, that’s not a problem. We can provide side made from Steel, ply, mesh, and plastic...... and if you think there is something else that we should be using this of coarse can be catered for. Would you like the sides, slot in, gated, or hinged. Yes, your right that's not and issue either. Have a look below at the options you can choice.
When it comes to wheels, Handle-iT lead the way in innovation. Your turntable trolley can be mounted on either Air filled Pneumatic Tyres, Foam Filled Tyres, Polyurethane Tyres, Solid Tyres, or when it comes to the larger capacity trucks and trailers, then Cast Iron Wheels with Polyurethane treads can be applied.
And that’s just the start to the basic chassis, when it comes to the carrying surface, there are no limits to what can be achieved. Gas bottle carrying cages can be mounted, water bottle carriers, keg cradle and oil drum cradles. Security cages to lock away valuable items such as PC's and computer equipment, so that the cages can be locked away for safely. Canvas and PVC Waterproof Covers for your trolleys, racks so that the trolleys can be used as promotional units, or mobile catering stands, Mobile bar-b-queue and spit roast units, mobile oil bund, even mobile market stalls, the list goes on.
Emergency stop brakes?........................ of coarse we have thought of that, this brake is no ordinary parking brake like most, if the trolley is traveling towards you, simply lift the handle to the upright position and the trolley will stop for you. To release the brake simple press the foot peddle and push the handle back again and the trolley, and you one the move again safely. And if you though that was impressive then we can also manufacture turntable trolleys with Deadman brake systems

We wont just stop at helping you get the perfect trolley, there are many sundries that you may need to consider, water proof covers or security covers for your trolleys. These can be made to the size of the trolley to protect from the elements, or just to hide valuable products that are on the trolley from prying eyes.
Ratchet straps, to help sure the load to the bed of the trolley,these also can be semiconductor to ratchet loops on the trolley. Solid steel bar creating a loop for the ratchet strap to hook or lasso around to provide additional support to the load, and additional safety to the operator.
