Another Bespoke Handling Solution for SMT Development
SMT Development (now known as C-MAC SMT Ltd) came to Handle-iT with a challenging handling problem, and as always we were happy to help find a solution.
SMT Development required a trolley to move large electrical pumps around their site, both inside and outside come sun, wind, or rain. The problem with this was that the pumps were extremely heavy and also could not get wet.
Handle-iTs solution was to use our classic Massive Mumma Turntable Trolley that was large enough and tough enough to take the size and weight of the pumps. The Massive Mumma also has fold down sides, making it easy to lower for better platform access and then raise again once loaded. To solve the rain problem, Handle-iT designed a custom rain cover that was weather resistant and encased the entire trolley when loaded.
