Description
This Ergonomic Order Picking Trolley is designed to provide easier access to pick boxes thanks to its tilted pick platforms. These shelves are set at an angle, allowing the operator to easily access contents of pick boxes while also making it easier for picking boxes to be placed on or removed from the trolley.
Ergonomic Design
The tilted shelves of the trolley are designed to reduce strain on the operator by providing an optimal working height and minimise the need for and subsequent risk of lifting a load at different heights. The handle is also set at the optimal height for the average height of operator, with comfortable round rubber grips.
Industrial Construction
Built using a reinforced steel tube frame, the trolley is heavy duty while remaining relatively lightweight. The tilted shelves are designed with a safety lip around the edge that retains the load when placed on the shelf.
Versatile Wheels
This order picking trolley features hard wearing industrial castors mounted in a 6-wheel configuration designed to allow the trolley to rotate on the spot for high manoeuvrability, but also uses centrally mounted fixed castors to make it easy for the trolley to be driven in a straight line when carrying a heavy load. Both sets of rear and front wheels also have integrated foot brakes on the castors, allowing the operator to lock the trolley in place from either end before loading/offloading. The trolley is also available with multiple wheel options suitable for different environments, such as grey non-marking tyres hard-wearing white nylon castors, or even with pneumatic tyres.
