Our staff are targeted to ensure that any stock order received by 3pm is dispatched that day, so that it should arrive the next day for you or on a 3 days service if this is the option that you have chosen, however we are at the mercy of our couriers so this can not be guaranteed. Tuffnells are the best couriers that we have used (and we have tried them all) currently we are meeting over 98.7% of our delivery targets.
Orders placed on an Overnight after 3pm cannot be guaranteed to be dispatched on the same day. In this event, they will be dispatched the following day on a next day delivery.
Please do however note, you MUST PLEASE check the product when received, as if there is damage in transit, it is very difficult for us to help you if you have signed for it "received in good condition". If you are unsure, please sign "Unchecked" so that we have some hope of helping you resolve any problems.

Our returns policy is very simple, we will take any product back as long as it hasn't been used, unless its made to order. With the customer paying the initial delivery charge and the return carriage charge, please note that the return charge will be £22.00 + VAT more than the original delivery charge. Sorry, this is a cost stipulated by our courier not us. If this is a product that you have stipulated rather than the products suggested by our team, then there maybe a re-stocking charge however this is discretionary.
If an item has been damaged on delivery by couriers, please sign for the delivery as damaged, as this allows us to help you resolve the issue as quickly and easily as possible.
When returning an item, please ensure it is sufficiently packed and protected from damage, with any parts and fixings secured inside. Once the item is ready to be collected, we can arrange collection via Tuffnells on a day that suits you.
