Our HIPOW-powered trolleys are designed and manufactured in the UK to comply with BS/EN1757-3, using a powerful electric motor controlled by a sophisticated CURTIS electronics system. The powered trolley control unit has fully adjustable speed and a variable throttle so the user keeps control at all times. The trolleys also have a manual emergency brake as, well as an automatic deadman braking system, that locks the wheels when the throttle is released, preventing the trolley from moving when not in use.
For those who want to accelerate the order picking process, we also have a range of trolleys equipped to transport several loads at once. Our powered two-tier trolley is designed for use as a mobile picking trolley or mobile workbench in warehouses and workshops. A three-shelf option includes a flat work surface with ample storage below. The trolley can also be deployed for distribution and fitting storage boxes across the three separate shelves for easy access.
