This Heavy Duty Turntable Trolley with 500kg capacity uses the traditional HIT1000 design and upgrades the standard 18mm weatherproof ply base to a Non-Slip phenolic board base, as well as some small improvements to the turntable head and the handle.
Built To Last
Like everything manufactured by Handle-iT, we try to make our equipment as durable as possible. The chassis as an example uses thick industrial quality steel box section, massively improving resistance to damage when compared with simple angle iron equivalents. The single-piece box section is also rounded at the corners, creating a blunter surface that more evenly spreads the force of an impact when knocks and bumps inevitably happen. This version includes our custom 254mm wheels, with reinforced hubs and upgraded bearings, and available with either pneumatic or puncture proof tyres.
Bespoke Manufacturing
While the standard trolley is available in both 1200mm x 600mm and 1500mm x 750mm sizes, we manufacture these trolleys ourselves and so can make them to any spec you may require, whether that's raising the bed, uprating the capacity, or increasing the size.
