Description
A specially designed Tote Box Picking Trolley for picking orders in warehouses or component stores. Designed to accommodate standard plastic picking totes and featuring two separate packing compartments for tapes, jiffy bags, and labels for picking and packing on the run. The trolley was design for a major wholesaler, who's pick rate we increased by over 16% vs the previous year with the previous trolley, thus the cost for the whole fleet of 50 trolleys was returned in efficiency gains in under 16 weeks. The trolley has been made from high quality tube steel for high strength and minimal weight to ensure longevity, durability and efficient use. A folding polycarbonate shelf has been fitted that can be used to rest on when writing / updating picking lists, or for a handheld terminal. The trolleys also feature a packing area and is fitted with 4 low friction, non-marking swivel castors for maximum manoeuvrability. Finished with a blue epoxy powder coat, baked on for a long lasting, clean result.
