Hauling materials between sites is now happening in style!  Updating their previous manual trolley to a Powered version was not only smart, weatherproof and secure it is now brightening up an industrial estate just down the road from us in Launceston, Cornwall.

This isn’t your everyday trolley — it’s a fortress on wheels with full-security storage that keeps your valuables completely hidden and locked tight (no peeking allowed!). With heavy-duty 18mm Foamex plastic cladding, robust latch option and impact-resistant construction… thieves will think twice even before thinking about a sneak attempt.

We stuck with twin double doors, which is our standard method for this entrance type, there are a few advantages, not so much space needed beside the trolley to open the door, the door remaining stronger as a smaller structure, and as there is half the weight in the door meaning there is half the stress on the hinges, and you can keep one door locked while the base is being loaded retaining the load inside. To increase volumetric capacity for those awkward sized loads,  as well as for further aiding easy access loading, the lid also rises, with the aid of gas struts,  giving full access to the loading area..
