Deadman Brake Trolleys

Deadman brake trolleys are designed to bring additional safety to your operation. The handle of the trolley is linked to a brake, and this brake remains active until the handle is pressed by an operator. This means that if for any reason the operator releases the handle, the brakes will activate, minimizing risk of collision. The Deadman brake allows the trolley to be left on slopes and gradients without risk. If an operator was to lose control of the trolley in the event of a slip or trip, the trolley automatically brake itself to a safe stop. If you have long transfers with product or internal milk rounds, the trolley is safe to be left while the department delivery is dropped, without the risks of rolling, blowing or even being moved by others.  Used frequently in railway stations, airports, theme parks and holiday parks where there the public is prevalent or where the loss of control over a trolley could be dangerous.
