Here at Handle-iT, as you all use them, we put a lot of time, knowledge, and consideration into the design to ensure that this most basic flatbed trolley is not only safer than others on the market, but also more productive for you, the user.
At Handle-iT, we initiallly looked at the safety of the product, and the benifit laid down in BS & EU Standards, by using high tech production methodology and state of teh art laser cutting techniques. Using one single piece of box section to make the initial frame of the flatbed trolley, leaving just the one weld. This reduces the likelihood for human error in the welding process with poor or even missed welds. The flatbed trolley design also allows for beautiful, rounded corners, rather than mitred corners which leave hard sharp corners. These being more prone to damage your facility, products, but more important your colleagues. Making sure Handle-iT Flatbed trolleys are fail safe, as well as physically safe, and of course pretty, this enabled us to be the first in the industry to offer a full 5 year warranty on our products to back our claims.
The castors are the most important thing on any flatbed trolley, and where so many of our competitors fall. Here at Handle-iT we only use standard European specification castor to ensure they are always easily replaceable, and that you are not just tied to buying from us. This helps us combat every growing throw-away culture that is ever creeping into our lives, and something we know some of our competitors strive to acheive, tying you inbto them whether you want to or not. This may not be the best way to make immediate money, but makes good business sense to ensure you can buy spares, and buy them from anywhere, as much as this effects our growth of the business, it is not adding to the destruction of our planet, and provides the open and honest approach that you deserve, and we want.
Being experts in manual handling, rather than just a "Jack of all trades" you wont find, hi-vis jackets, and paper towels, only an experience team dedicated to offering you correct solution to you manual handling requirements. Handle-iT offers the most comprehensive range in the UK, where we have manufactured flatbed trolleys with a 300mm x 300mm bases, through to 6000mm x 2000mm, and capacities from 250kg through to 10 000kg. Our highly skilled design team use the latest CAD programming software, so that even at the design stage we can virtually load test structures before manufacture to ensure that everyone is safe. Although it is not required under legislation, we are always happy to offer load certification with product for clarity and traceability where required, and all flatbed trolleys are despatched with clear capacity labelling to avoid confusion.
