Flatbed Trolley with Recycled Plastic Deck is part of the Premium Platform Truck Range Platform Trucks and Trolleys. Single piece laser cut frames provide unrivalled strength from a remarkable low weight. Fitted with an 18mm thick Stokbord recycled base, rather than dumping all that plastic in the ground, we found something remarkably useful, but more important effective to utilise it for. The base is remarkably strong and has built in natural flex, so even if you were to drop a heavy load on the base, the likelihood is it will spring back in place. Mounted on a choice of either our standard high quality 200mm solid wheels, or a 200mm pneumatic castor (**not BS-EN compliant**) to help negotiate rougher terrains, the frame is finished in an epoxy powder coating which is not just pretty, but remarkably durable. As with all our made to order range, these are available in almost any colour as well as stainless steel, aluminium, or galvanised finish.

The range can be made to whatever size you require. With handles set at the perfect working height and angled away from the base to eliminate trip hazards with the statutory 120mm clearance. The laser cut base manufactured from a single piece of 50mm x 25mm box sections formed around the corner post location spigots, creates a beautifully rounded corner rather than a sharp and aggressive mitred corner that will make holes in walls and ankles in the unfortunate event of a collision. Mounted on high quality 200mm diameter wheels as standard, with 2 fixed castors for direction and 2 swivel with brake for manoeuvrability and safety, which will cope with any firm ground.
