I wanted something to make moving the middle pallet out of a van easier than pulling or pushing it by hand until a fork lift could reach and take it. The pallet dolley works a treat. easy to load. Pushes into place, wheels lock securing the pallet. When ready to unload, unlock the 2 wheels, pull easily to the rear of the van, lock the wheels and unload the pallet. The locked dolly stays safely in the van ready for the next load. No more pushing or pulling with the danger of a strap breaking.Originally supplied with the wheels the wrong way , great customer service, immediately collected, fixed and returned within 3 days. Excellent product at a fair price. Thanks.
