Obviously, this isn’t great for the environment, but also not good for your pocket either. We have worked hard over the past 20 years to design products that are modular and easily repairable but we also, over the past few years have worked hard to ensure that preventative maintenance is also built into our brands, this theory is the same when we look to launch the new Pall-iT Range of heavy duty high quality pallet trucks.
Our founder’s history includes many years in the forklift industry and has seen even the best pallet trucks in the market, slowly drive the quality of products downhill.
The Handle-iT Pall-iT Pallet Truck, boasts a design that not only reduces the throw away pallet truck culture but furthermore minimises more waste through reducing damages to pallets. The strategically positioned front roller set up means that no matter which way you enter a Standard UK Style GKN Chep Pallet 1000mm x 1200mm, you won’t damage the under-runner boards.
There is nothing more frustrating than building your pallet, perfectly presented for your customer, then someone comes along and picks up the pallet with an old fashioned standard pallet truck, and snaps of the base boards. You are now left in the position where either you send out a dangerous and damaged pallet, which would be silly, or you must spend time and money repacking a whole pallet and pay the staff to do the work again. We all understand how frustrating and wasteful that is, but also, we are all under pressure for cost saving and efficiency gains, which this flies in the face of. Not only are you paying staff to repalletize the products you must spend another 10 quid on a new pallet, then have the problems of disposing of the ruined pallets, all these things cost money, reduce efficiencies and contribute to the destruction of the environment.

- Solid Pallet truck push rod, with easy adjustment, increasing life cycle and keeping maintenance and alteration simple.
- High Quality Powder coted finish, increases the pallet truck
- Deliberately positioned twin front pallet rollers, reduces damage and waste by not breaking pallet base boards.
- Specially moulded dome faced front rollers to low inertia rollers reduce the initial energy to start the Pallet truck and load rolling meaning less forces on the operator.
- Ergonomic soft grip hand pallet truck handle set up, reduces fatigue during arduous shifts.
