Buying cheap basically means, 3 months in Chinese pallet truck factory making a product, 3 months on the water to arrive to the UK, 3 months use and then the pallet truck is thrown in the bin due to not being of sound construction. Obviously, this isn’t great for the environment, but also not good for your pocket either. We have worked hard over the past 20 years to design products that are modular and easily repairable but we also, over the past few years have worked hard to ensure that preventative maintenance is also built into our brands, this theory is the same when we look to launch the new Pall-iT Range of heavy duty high quality pallet trucks.
Our founder’s history includes many years in the forklift industry and has seen even the best pallet trucks in the market, slowly drive the quality of products downhill.
The Handle-iT Pall-iT Pallet Truck boasts a design to reduce the throw away pallet truck culture.
So here goes,
- 10 strategically placed grease nipples allow easy greasing of all the pivot points on the Pall-iT Pallet Truck. Ensuring simple maintenance from untrained staff.
- The Heavy duty, reinforced load tested pallet truck forks are pressed from single piece steels which increases safety and product strength of the Pall-iT Pallet Truck.
- Heavy duty easy service cast Pallet truck pump units, for a guaranteed long life.
- Solid Pallet truck push rod, with easy adjustment, increasing life cycle and keeping maintenance and alteration simple.
- High Quality Powder coated finish, increases the pallet truck.
- Specially moulded dome faced front rollers to low inertia rollers reduce the initial energy to start the Pallet truck and load rolling meaning less forces on the operator.
- Ergonomic soft grip hand pallet truck handle set up, reduces fatigue during arduous shifts.
- Lift, lower and neutral settings on the handle leaver, ensures the Pall-iT Pallet truck is under control of lift and lower functions at all times and no one loses their toes!
- Easy adjusting lowering valve on the Pall-iT Pallet Truck set up, means simple on-site maintenance can be achieved with only a spanner, no master’s degree required.
- Seriously heavy-duty Pallet Truck steering aprons, increasing the life of the Pallet Truck.
