We have years’ experience in helping people design warehouses, product flow, storage, and handling, the first things we always discuss is head space. Usually this is left fairly open, but free it’s certainly not. You are paying your rates, rents or mortgages for that space. Use it and use it wisely. It doesn’t need to be a full new spec’d out racking system. The small changes made help toward making the big differences. Storing on the shelf trolley frees up ground space, losing trip hazards, increasing the safety. Giving everything its own place means you can lay your hands on it when you need. Losing all the floor clutter will aid with the through put. With plenty of vertical space and designed to perfectly fit a large 600mm x 400mm totes, and euro stacker boxes to really maximise the storage. Each of its 5 shelves have a standard 300mm clearance allowing plenty of room for taller boxes or items. The frame is also constructed using a heavy-duty 25mm x 5mm angle steels and solid 25mm upstands, making the Shelf Trolley extremely durable. The Shelf Trolley is also given a scratch premium quality epoxy powder-coated finish in RAL1003 Safety Yellow, making it highly resistant to damage while being clean and aesthetically pleasing. The trolley is also available with a range of shelf options, including 18mm weatherproof ply, 6mm high impact polypropylene plastic, and 4.5mm aluminium checkered plate. Finally mounted on 4 swivel castors, 2 with brake. So, as storage, The Shelf Trolley will remain static and fitted with grey non marking wheels. Ensuring it’s perfect for offices, warehouses, schools and hospitals, or anywhere where a little more space would make a big difference
