Smart, Functional Design

Every element of the trolley’s design serves a purpose. 200mm diameter White Nylon Castors with a plain bore and no bearings mean that they are the best option to avoid being clogged up with paint whilst still making it easy to manoeuvre, even in tight workshop spaces.

The open-frame design allows for optimal airflow and movement around the trolley to it’s easy to load and unload parts quickly. Whether you’re working with large panels, small brackets, or complex assemblies, this trolley adapts to your workflow.

Adding some sturdy gussets in the corners build strength into the frame.  The cross bracing on the top of the trolley provides support for the mesh and the open base retains access to the items being hung.

Multiple Hanging and Mounting Options

One of the standout features is the laser cut plate on each end so there is a myriad of hole locations that meet up at the opposite side for sliding hanging bars through.  Meaning that you can maximise the loading positions allowing operators to configure the layout based on the size and shape of the items being sprayed.

This flexibility reduces downtime between coating runs and makes the trolley ideal for shops handling mixed product lines.
