Panel, Board and Long Load Trolleys
Panel, board, and long load moving trolleys are used for moving a range of large and bulky materials, safely and efficiently. Sheet products are always awkward to handle manually, even the lighter products such as insulation materials, maybe light in their physical weights, but still awkward to manually handle. More over, it’s difficult to take more than one at a time, making the movement of these materials very inefficient. Why would you then use two men to move one product, when one trolley and one man can move volumes. Every construction site may have a crane, a telehandler and dumper trucks to move the bulk materials when palletised on to the site, yet when the packs are split, why then revert back to brute force and ignorance, or just sit waiting for the plant to become free again to move a half pack, or half a dozen board.
Our vast range of Sheet, Board and long load equipment offers the facility to quickly, cost effectively and safely move the split packs without the inconvenience of having to wait for the heavier plant to come and do the job for you. This enables the work force to concentrate on the construction rather than the material feeds. Moving more in a smaller time frame, not only boosts productivity, increasing profits but hold further unconsidered benefits, less damage, with bulk handling over one piece handling, products being pulling inside the build rather than being left outside exposed to the elements.
