This Double Sided Trolley uses an effective dead man braking system to prevent the trolley from moving when not in use, improving safety by reducing the risk of accidents. As the handle of the trolley is released, the wheels are locked, preventing it from moving or rolling away.
Based on our existing Double Sided Trolley with Jailbar Sides, the frame of this trolley is constructed from heavy duty steel box section, improving the strength and durability of the trolley by allowing it to better resist impacts. The frame is then given a premium quality powder-coat finish, giving it resistance to scratches and marking while preventing rust.
The base of the trolley is lined with high quality 18mm weatherproof ply, giving a stable and reliable platform for carrying loads in industrial situations.
Mounted on industrial casters and our black crumb rubber tyres for all round performance, the trolley features a 500kg UDL capacity as standard but can be increased to up to 1500kg if required with a huge variety of wheels available for a wide variety of ground conditions and environments.
