Powered Turntable Truck with Steel Sides

Not only does this turntable truck have a 500kg capacity, a removable set of folded sheet steel sides, and 4 high-quality wheels designed for all terrains, but this trolley also features an electric HIPOW motor unit.

Power Under Your Control

The trolleys electronic HIPOW motor is used by all trolleys in our Power Trolley range, giving you the power to move up to 500kg with the push of a throttle. The powered system drives the wheels of the trolley when pressing the thumb throttle, using an adjustable speed controller that can reach up to 6km/hour. 

Safety Features

The powered unit in the trolley has a number of built-in safety features. Besides a large emergency stop button on the handle designed to bring the whole trolley to a complete stop immediately, the throttle also features a deadman braking system. The deadman braking system functions by applying the brakes to the drive wheels the moment the throttle is let go, bringing the trolley to a safe stop. This means the trolley cannot move without an operator at the helm, but also in the event of an emergency that may force the operator away from the controller, the trolley is brought to a swift but safe stop.

Sturdy Work Platform

This turntable truck is designed to be a workhorse. The main chassis bed is constructed using a single piece of of laser cut box section, providing far greater structural strength than welded angle iron equivalents.  The bed itself is lined with weatherproof 18mm ply as standard, giving you an impact resistant and sturdy platform. The whole chassis is given a premium powder coat finish, protecting the industrial steel frame from rust, marking and damage.

Removable Steel Sides

This specific model features a set of steel sides that use our classic HIT1000 removable side system. Corner posts fit into the integral corner spigots of the chassis, which then seat 4 removable folded sheet steel side panels. The corners and side panels can be configured in whichever way suits the job at hand, such as removing the front and rear for long sheets of steel, having all sides in to fill with loose materials, or all removed completely to carry a large or bulky load.
