Moving Gas bottles tends to be a laborious task, moreover the inherent risks of moving any compressed gas cylinder, whether the gasses are inert or not, insist on care and security of the load.
Handle-iT recognises the risks and also understands the inefficiencies of moving bulk bottles. Moving one bottle, well there are a thousand and one pieces of equipment that will help here. Moving a couple of bottles, we even have carts and trolleys that will carry this out. But when you are at 5 or 6 bottles, or even 15 or 16, then the task requires a dedicated solution. Operated as either a hand drawn trailer (recommended on the 16 cylinder version) or with towing pins or ball hitch, to be hooked up to electric walk behind tow tugs, or seated or ride on electric towing vehicles. Fitted with fold down retaining side which folds out to provide a ramp for easy loading with Gas Bottle Trolleys. Fitted with a central spine through the centre line of the trolleys base, the with chain retained pigeon hole locations for safe retention. The chassis is built to the Handle-iT’s exacting standards, using laser cut box sections for the base structure, that brings unrivalled strength and low self-weights. Fitted with a choice of aluminium or timber bases dependent of your requirements, feel free to talk with the team for more advice.
As standard, the trolley is designed to handle ZX Cylinders with a 143mm diameter. However, if you have a different size requirement, we can make whatever modifications you may need, to fit the quantity or size of cylinder that suits you.
