I’m sure you’ve had the same experience, bearing hubs snapping away from the wheel rim. We got so fed up with our customers experiencing this issue, so we went back to the drawing board. We increased the thickness of the base material that rims are pressed from 1mm changed to a 1.5mm sheet, we then did the same with the bearing hub. Then to go that extra mile, we added a rim flange to the hub and rim to produce even more strength, which offered up 3 weld points. We haven’t had a cracked hub since.

We took the bearing and went to a 6206RS lifetime guaranteed bearing for further peace of mind.
