Construction

Constructed from heavy duty steel box section provide excellent structural strength from a relatively light weight material, with the steel frame for the shelves designed in 25mm x 5mm angle, provides the lateral strength and the perfect support to provide either a flush fit or recessed lip, depending on your needs.

Choose the 125mm diameter castors for a 250kg capacity, or 160mm wheels will increase the capacity to an impressive 400kg, offering flexible and robust performance. Finished in an industrial polyester powder coated finish which is durable, scratch, fade and chip resistant to extend the product's lifespan, reducing life cycle and providing added long-term value.

The Pick-iT trolleys have many additional options to personalise your fleet, pick corner bumpers to help protect your facility, add a pick note board to keep your paperwork organised with high pick accuracy, a scanner holder if you’re picking based off bar/ QR codes or pick a water bottle holder to keep the team hydrated on the go, reducing down time.

Shelf Material

Available with a choice of shelf materials, including:

18mm Foamex Plastic shelves are ideal for hygienic environments as they can be easily wiped clean using light chemical detergents. The lightweight material provides a low friction surface, making it easy to slide loads on and off the shelves.

18mm WBP Plywood provides a cost-effective solution with a strong, weather resistant surface. Affordable and easy to replace, plywood shelves can help reduce overall lifecycle costs, this is the standard across the industry… but is only our entry level material.

Aluminium Chequered Plate shelves offer excellent strength while keeping weight to a minimum and easy to clean. The corrosion resistant, anti-slip surface provides a recessed lip to help prevent objects from accidentally sliding off the side of the shelf, improving load security and safety.

Open Shelves are designed specifically for plastic tote boxes, accommodating both 600mm x 400mm and 400mm x 300mm sizes. They provide a snug fit without increasing the trolley's overall footprint, eliminating the risk of slippery tote boxes sliding off when working in high paced, high pressure picking environments while also keeping the overall trolley weight down.

Castors & Wheels:

Black Crumb Rubber wheels are an excellent all-round option, capable of rolling over most surfaces both indoors and outdoors. Quiet performance, making them a reliable and hard-wearing choice for general purpose applications.

Grey Non-Marking wheels offer the same all-purpose performance as black crumb rubber, while providing the added benefit of leaving minimal scuffs or skid marks on polished floors. They are an excellent choice for retail, hospitals, government offices, clean warehouses, offices and reception areas while maintaining quiet operation.

All wheels are available in swivel configurations, with brakes available for improved safety and control.

Handles

D-ring handles provide a stable and comfortable position, even when pulling the trolley. They truly shine when navigating tight areas as the operator's hands remain in the ideal position for 90 degree turns with minimal effort. This makes them an excellent choice for packing areas, assembly halls, tight manufacturing environments and offices.

Horizontal Handle provides an instantly familiar grip, similar to when pushing a supermarket trolley. The two-handed grip offers a stable and comfortable position from which to leverage the trolley, reducing the force required to pull it by 30%-40%. This can help reduce strain throughout the working day while improving efficiency.

Ergo-Grip Handle the unique design combines the benefits of both the horizontal handle and the D-ring handles, providing ergonomic a stable leverage position to make sharp turns in tight areas simple with less required force. With excellent manoeuvrability in busy environments, the Ergo-grip reduces fatigue in long, fast paced warehousing and picking environments. The Ergo-Grip Handle offers the horizontal handle positioned at a 5-degree angle, following the natural outstretch of the operator's knuckles. The Ergo-Grip enables reduced fatigue at every turn.
