This Gym Mat Trolley uses an effective dead man braking system to prevent the trolley from moving when not in use. As the handle of the trolley is released, the wheels are locked, preventing it from moving or rolling away. The frame of the trolley is constructed from heavy duty steel box section, improving the strength and durability of the trolley. The frame is then given a premium quality powder-coat finish, giving it resistance to scratches and marking while preventing rust. The base of the trolley is lined with high quality 18mm weatherproof ply, giving a stable and reliable platform. Mounted on industrial casters, the trolley features a 500kg UDL capacity as standard, but can be increased to up to 1500kg if required.
