Built upon our HI-T1000 chassis, the HI-T500 offers the same amazing performance for smaller loads when additional manoeuvrability and flexibility is required while still being able to carry up to 500kgs.

Available in either 1500x750mm and 1200x600mm sizes, as well as pneumatic and puncture proof wheels available, this product is a flexible workhorse that can be counted on when you need it most.

Secure transport

With a non-slip phenolic board base, you can rest assured that even the lightest and smallest of loads will remain secure during transport as well as offering protection from rain fall.

Heavy Duty Construction

Built using a single piece laser cut frame, the T500 offers an improved level of structural support and strength than other angle iron frames on the market, with rounded corners built into the frame for added safety.

Heavy Duty Wheels

Mounted on our custom 254mm wheels with reinforced hubs and upgraded bearings, this is a trolley that will just last and last on even the toughest terrain. With pneumatic and puncture proof options available, this is a trolley that can meet any thing you throw at it.

Ergonomic design

Our ergonomically positioned handle allows the operator to comfortably pull the trolley, while being able to use it as an effective leverage for moving even the heaviest loads, reducing fatigue inside busy work environments.
