The Premium Plus 750kg Flatbed Trolley with a single mesh end is designed for heavy-duty industrial use, intended to safely and securely move large, awkward and bulky loads. With a 750KG load capacity, it is perfectly at home inside warehouse, manufacture, distribution and industrial environments.
Manufactured using the latest laser-cut fabrication techniques, the Premium Plus Range of Flatbed Trolleys and Platform Trucks contain the latest in practical design focused on improving safety, ease of use, workplace efficiency and manoeuvrability.
The addition of a single mesh end panel provides a strong platform to rest heavy loads against, helping to secure them in place and provide additional support for the heaviest loads while protecting operators and providing easy access.
Compliance with health and safety is a key focus of the Premium Plus range with the range designed to conform to BS-EN1757-3 standards, providing reassurance for business for who compliance is key.
Quality, Heavy Duty, Engineered Design
With a frame made from a single piece of box section steel bent around each corner to form a strong continues base with rounded edges, the Premium Plus flatbed trolley offers improved overall strength and safety features that reduce risk of impact to operators and your facility.
With tubular brackets inserted into the frame, additional sides or ends can be fitted when required offering greater flexibility, value for money and adaptability in the face of even the toughest or most awkward of loads.
With a 25mm length of angled cross-section steel welded beneath the platform, the Premium Plus Flatbed comes with additional bracing to support loads up to 750kgs enabling it to transport heavy washing machines and other white goods.
Non-Slip Phenolic Board Platform
Fitted with a non-slip 18mm phenolic board base, the Premium Plus Flatbed offers a strong platform that prevents slipping or sliding of loads, while offering long term durability to give you a product that offers even more value for money and further safety gains. To ensure our product lasts, we provide an inclusive Teflon coating to extend working life inside even the most demanding of environments.
Heavy-Duty Wheels
Fitted with 200mm non-marking Resilex wheels, the Premium Plus Flatbed provides a combination of load-bearing capability and manoeuvrability making it suitable for transporting heavy loads around warehouses, factories, workshops and other industrial environments all the while minimising marking your floors.
Ergonomic design
With an operator height handle to support operators in maintaining a natural stance while manoeuvring the trolley to reduce fatigue during repeated tasks.
Durable powder-coated finish
Once fabricated, the trolley is powder coated and oven baked in RAL5010 to provide a clean, durable and long lasting finish.
