Description
Powered stair climbing sack trucks use an electronic motor to assist the user ascend or descend stairs with minimal effort. The sturdy but lightweight aluminium frame makes the sack truck durable but easy to use, making it suitable for a huge range of loads from kitchen appliances to office equipment and furniture.
Electric Powered Motor
The powerful lithium battery is lightweight but boasts a high capacity, with the power to climb up to 100 floors before needing a recharge. The motor has two climb speeds, with its standard speed at 34 steps per minute, or an Eco energy-saving mode that slows the unit to 24 steps per minute while minimising drain on the battery. The motor also features a dust and water shielded cover, protecting electrical motor components from potential damage.
Folding Handle
To reduce space for storage in the likes of delivery vehicles and vans, the handle of the sack truck can be folded down to reduce the overall height from 1590mm to 1195mm. For even more compact folding, we also offer the HI-XS-170-FOLD-PU electric stair climber, which also features a folding frame that can reduce the total height down to 770mm.
Capacity
Thanks to its heavy duty design and high-powered motor, this stair climber has a capacity of 200kg, making it tougher than average stair climbers and allows lifting and moving of even greater loads. The folding footplate is ridged, providing a stable platform for most loads.
