Hardwearing wheels with twin precision ball bearings, and the castors mounted in a high-quality pressed steel bracket increases the life span of wearing parts, reducing maintenance still further. Finally, all stainless steel fixings ensure that even after a long hard life in a harsh environment, nuts and bolts are as pristine as the day you bought them. Ensuring that something as simple as changing a wheel is that simple, rather than rounding of old rusting bolts, keeping a two minute job a two minute job rather than a few hours, keeping the whole life cost of this unit lower than any in the industry.

Deadman Braking System

These baggage trolleys feature a Deadman braking system, making them far safer for public use. The handle of the trolleys is linked to a braking rod, and when the handle is pressed, the braking rod raises a shoe brake up off the rear wheels to allow free movement. When the handle is released once more, the braking rod puts pressure back on the rear wheels, locking the trolley’s movement. Using a sophisticated spring system, these brakes are self-adjusting, requiring little to no maintenance, and a far more ridged design compared to cord and wire brake alternatives.

Stainless Steel Chassis

Constructed using stainless-steel, this luggage trolleys chassis is highly resistant to damage while looking and feeling professional. The resistant properties of stainless-steel means that the trolley wont rust and requires little to no long-term maintenance. 

The Wheels

With a mix of Silent Running TPR and Natural Rubber wheels available, all of which are non-marking, you can protect against scuffs and scratches on the polished floors of airports. These rubbers are bonded to extremely durable polyamide centres, and finished off with twin 6202 sealed, silent bearings which are guaranteed for life.

With choices of handles, including stainless steel, PVC, or aluminium PVC mix, offering a great face for customer messaging or operator instruction, as well as our all-new antimicrobial finish giving comfort to all who use or facilitate the use.
