Warranties at Handle-iT

All our products are supplied with a minimum 12 month comprehensive warranty providing peace of mind and protection against faulty materials or workmanship. Additionally, certain product ranges are supplied with extended warranties.

Premium Plus Warranty                      5 years

Stair Climbers Warranty                     1 year

Powered Trolleys Warranty                5 years chassis (1 year electronics )

The warranty covers all ‘non-wearing’ parts from date of delivery as listed below. Any damage caused by vandalism, lost items, contamination or improper use is not covered.

The following are deemed to be ‘wearing parts’ and are therefore not covered by warranty.

• Wheels, Tyres and Inner Tubes

• Hand Grips

• Fixings (such as split-pins)

• Step Treads

• Batteries

• Fuses

• Hinges and other moving parts

• Paint Finish

It is recommended that training takes place to ensure correct use of equipment, and that equipment is stored in a safe and secure location to ensure a long trouble-free life.
