Another Prime success, delivered like Liverpool!
Thanks to the quick turnaround by design, factory and sales staff, Gabbi Logan has had something to stand behind during the Champions League coverage on Amazon Prime this season.
Having received a telephone call on Wednesday 4th September we set to work to fabricate a bespoke trolley required to transport the pundits' desk at the San Siro stadium which needed to be in Milan for the first Champions League fixture.
Designed using materials available off the shelf, cut, welded, powder coated, assembled and ready for despatch by Friday 6th September shows our commitment to our customer to help them out when time is of the essence. Why could we achieve this? The customer was VERY flexible with the design, laser cutting was not required and we thought there might be some free tickets on offer!
The six-wheel configuration allowed additional support for the 2.4 metre long base and the choice of Elastic Rubber tyres meant that the trolley would run as well as Konate across any surface. The castor material enabled the trolley to ride over a multitude of cables that are lying on the floor to feed lighting systems, signage. The customers previous trolley would just hit the cables and stop where ours flew…
Now we just have to cheer up the MD who chants that his trolleys sit pinch side while he's behind his desk.
With upcoming fixtures in Italy and Germany we hope that next time we get a little extra time!
