For years the brewery industry has relied on sack trucks or barrows to transport kegs.  A simple, two wheeled, curved back frame, and if you’re lucky with a hook to secure a keg in place.  We didn’t want that to be the end of the story.

Enter, the modern solution by Handle-iT.  The ONLY safe solution on the market to transport two kegs at once.  A simple yet effective locking mechanism that secures the kegs in place and satisfies the Health and Safety executive.

The frame remains curved to provide a cradle to support the kegs.  Built into this is a Stainless-Steel slider with two hooks.  The lower, hooks to the top of the first cask locking it in place.  A series of locating lugs lock the bottom rim of the second keg.  And because we really do have the market experience we have designed this to be suitable for both 9 and 11 gallon kegs of your chosen beer or cider.  The top hook clamps down to the second keg locking it all in and preventing the kegs from movement.

Integrated Stair skids mean that any pavements or curbs can be handled with confidence and ease.  Alternative brands will have these as a bolt on which brings concern over robustness.

The U Handle option provides a multitude of grip points for comfortable handling positions no matter the stature of the operator.

A choice of 200mm, 300mm or 400mm deep footplates offer the customer preferences.  8mm thickness means that the strength and integrity of the truck 

Pneumatic or Polyurethane (Puncture Proof) wheels provides a 250kg carrying capacity.  Either option features a reinforced hub and rim.  RS6202 Bearings are supplied with a lifetime warranty. 

Built from electro‑polished aluminium, 32mm diameter tube frame this all ties in to be a heavy duty yet lightweight solution.
