Picking Trolleys with steps are a great tool for low level picking operations or where space is limited. Functioning as a traditional picking and distribution trolley, the trolley also has a set of steps mounted to the rear that enables picking at higher heights without requiring an additional set of steps.
Construction
The basic chassis for the unit is constructed using 25.4mm tube sectioned steels, which provide great strength while keeping the overall weight down. The frames for the shelving are created from 25mm angle steel, providing great rigidity and longevity. Mounted on grey non-marking castors so that no marks are left on your floors, and finished in an oven bake powder coated finish which provides a durable yet aesthetically pleasing finish.
Bespoke Modification
These trolleys are manufactured by us here in Devon so there are no limits to the sizes and styles available. The shelf platforms are available with any number of shelves at any size, and are available in more combinations than we can reasonable list online. There are also options for the shelf material in either weather proofed plywood, sheet steel or impact resistant plastics.
