Industrial Chassis

Building on our market leading turntable truck chassis used in the HIT1000 Turntable Trolley, this steel frame uses heavy duty 25mm x 50mm box section as a base, far stronger than the simple angle iron equivalents. The single piece of box section is laser cut and formed into shape, giving a very clean finish with rounded corners and sturdy and ridged frame that is highly resistant to damage. Thick steel supports are used to brace the axles and distribute weight. Finished off with high quality powder coat paint, the trolley not only looks the part, but does the job too, and is all backed by our 5 Year warranty.

Fitted with Handle-iT's very own premium plus turntable trolley wheels developed with 25 years of experience of the design and manufacture of turntable trolleys, reinforced hub and rims ensure the perfect setting, for a pair of 6202rs bearing that come with a life time warranty and then finished with either a pneumatic or Handle-iT's unique 1 ton blown Polyurethan foam puncture proof tyre.

Loading Bed Sizes

This trolley is available in either 1200mm x 600, for smaller loads, offering greater manoeuvrability and a lighter frame, or in a 1500mm x 750mm size, allowing bulkier loads. As we manufacture these trolleys, bespoke sizes are available when required.

What is a Turntable Trailer?

A turntable trailer, with a large "turntable" steering mechanism. Strong rubust chassis for the load, coupled with seriously heavy duty steering head. The turntable trailer makes light work of rougher ground conditions. Pulling the handle, the main chassis always follows the operator, keeping the steering easy with teh main chassis simply following the user when pulled like a trailer. The turntable trailers can also be fitted with a tow hitch either ball and hitch, or towing eye to suit the puller, tow tug or fork lift which ever suits you. Increase throughput amnd productivity by pulling with a vehicle in areas such as warehouses, yards or off road.
