This week, one of our re-seller customers has asked us to reproduce a traditional Italian design for a popular gas bottle trolley, as they loved the product but could not cope with the extended international lead times.
As always we obliged, and the customer was shocked when he found out the cost for us to manufacture here in Devon was less the price that he was originally paying to source from Europe, and with the 2 weeks turnaround through design, prototyping, manufacturing and delivery, the customer received the trolley in time for their vital job.
